I’m the founder and CEO of Coach Catalyst, an accountability and communication platform that allows coaches to scale their business without losing the personal touch. I’ve worked with thousands of coaches, coached hundreds of clients through my 4 gyms, and had a small hand in impacting over half a million people through our software.
Having risen through the ranks of professional basketball, I have always been drawn to health, fitness, performance, and coaching.

The Gym
Coaching is in my DNA. It started when I first picked up a ball and didn’t stop all the way through the pros. My professional fitness journey started at 0 and its physical manifestation is this gym.

Coach Catalyst was born because we needed a better way to coach our clients when were not face to face with them without giving up our own lives.
